In line with the strategic plan of the university in order to be among the top hundred universities in the world with the approach of the third-generation university, the creation of Kish International Campus was planned and its preparations were prepared. With the permission of the Board of Trustees of the University and the necessary licenses from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, the International Campus of Kish was established in late 1996. This campus has been designed and established in line with the realization of paragraph A of Article 64 of the country’s development law and considering the educational and research capacities available in the Persian Gulf and the possibility of expanding international communication. Entering the field of international competition to provide educational and research services, setting up an international campus free training center with the priority of attracting non-Iranian students and Iranians living abroad in accordance with the necessary standards, setting up an international event center and setting up an investment and development center of knowledge-based companies is one of the main axes of the activity of this unit. In this regard, with the accompaniment of the Faculty of Management, Science and Technology of the University and the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, the University of Educational Activities of Kish International Campus officially began from Bahman ۱۳۹۷ with the admission of students in the following four fields at the master’s level:

• Business Administration (MBA)
• Information Technology Engineering (IT)
• Safety, Health and Environment Engineering (HSE)
• Civil Engineering – Construction Management (CEM)
