Attention Dear Students:

Please be informed that if a student is absent from any final examination, they may submit a request to nullify the exam absence via the SAMT system at pgrad.aut.ac.ir
(Username: Student ID number; Password: National ID number).

In this case, a zero for the missed exam will be recorded in the transcript, but it will not affect the GPA.

Students are required to submit their requests as soon as possible after the examination. Requests submitted after the appropriate time will not be considered.

Please note that, according to the academic regulations, each student may use this option only once during their entire period of study and for only one course.
