Dear Students,
Please be informed that, according to the university academic calendar, the final deadline for submitting Emergency Course Withdrawal requests for Master’s degree students is Sunday, 4 Khordad 1404.
Applicants may submit their requests by accessing the SAMT system at pgrad.aut.ac.ir
(default login credentials: Username – Student ID number; Password – National ID number).
The emergency withdrawal process is conducted entirely online, and no in-person procedures are required.
Applicants are kindly requested to observe the stated deadline carefully, as requests submitted after the specified date will not be accepted or processed.
Please note that each student is permitted to use the emergency withdrawal option only once during their entire period of study.
